    At Drema, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on products that arrive damaged or defective. Please notify us within 30 calendar days of delivery. Returns must be received complete (all original packaging and contents) within 14 calendar days after return approval. Simply contact us, and we’ll provide a return address and offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.

    Returns, Refunds, Replacements, & Exchanges Terms & Guidelines

    • Eligibility: Returns for refunds, store credit, or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
    • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
    • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
    • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not refund shipping, handling, or transaction fees.
    • Non-Cancellable Orders: Once an order is placed, we cannot change the product or shipping address. Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.
    • Return Shipping: Please ensure return items are well-packaged and sent with a trackable, insured service. Drema is not responsible for items damaged or lost in return transit.
    • Approval: Returns must be approved before being sent back. Unapproved returns may not be processed.
    • Damaged or Missing Items: If items arrive damaged or missing, contact us within 72 hours of receiving the order. Provide your order number and photos/videos of the damaged products. Drema may request that damaged items be returned.
    • Non-Returnable Items: Intimate goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, gift cards, health & personal care items, foods, perishable goods, and discounted or sale items are not eligible for return.

    Refund Processing:

    • Timeline: Allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed after receipt. Refunds, store credit, or exchanges will be issued within 10-14 business days after inspection.
    • Refunds: Refunds are processed in USD to your original payment method and may take 7-10 business days to reflect on your statement.
    • Re-stocking Fee: Drema reserves the right to charge a return and re-stocking fee: the greater of $3.00 per unit or 20% of an item’s MSRP.
